Administered locally by FOCUS ON ENERGY®. Financial incentives match your household income level relative to the Area Median Income (AMI) and predicted energy savings. The rebate incentives from HOMEs and HEARs can be combined and utility rebates can also be included.

Electrification Incentives

HEAR Electrification Rebates

Direct upfront discounts on high-efficiency equipment upgrades. Maximum HEAR incentive per household is $14,000.

Project Rebate Eligibility:

Income Eligibility	Maximum Project Rebate
Households below 80% AMI	100% of project costs up to $14,000
Households between 80% and 150% AMI	50% of project costs up to $14,000

Higher income households (>150% AMI) are NOT eligible for the HEARs program, but are eligible for the HOMEs program.
